Als je wil dat huizen te betalen zijn met inkomen, moet je ontmoedigen dat ze betaald worden met winsten uit het verleden. Overwaarde afromen, erfbelasting heffen en beleggers ontmoedigen dus. Alles waar VVD, VEH en omroep MAX niet voor staan, zeg maar.
Er is geen keus, we moeten de bakens verzetten en flink doorbouwen 🏠. Lees in deze draad wat nodig is voor stabiliteit en meer koopwoningen die met een normaal inkomen te betalen zijn ⤵️⤵️
