A stepped approach, checked against key tests seems welcome, so we can measure what is going on But this seems at odds with the decision to fling open the doors to 10m children on one day for all pupils - why not use same principles of measurement and care? #lockdown

We need tier restrictions and tier allocations reviewed by the PM as a matter of urgency. They are arbitrary, discriminatory & earlier this week he recognised they place a disproportionate burden on the sector in order to keep other sectors open. Compensate hospitality save jobs
