Hey @DIRECTV @ATTHelp I am helping my 90 year old grandma troubleshoot her cable box remotely. The box stopped sending a signal to her tv. We have successfully reset the box but it didn’t work. She spent 1.5 hours on the phone without receiving help. Please let me know options.
Wow, I can't believe I am saying this, but I just had the most pleasant customer service experience with @comcastcares on Twitter. They solved multiple problems across different departments(Technical and billing) all through DM. Was amazing.
@comcastcares @Xfinity my remote(XR11) is on the fritz and I have been needing to swap it for a new one but there are no stores close to me that are open on a schedule I can make work. Any other way to trade in an old broken remote for a new one?

Can someone let me know if I am missing something.....? Why does it seem that sending contacts in iOS is still not built into iMessage and I have to go into contracts to choose “Share contact”? Can’t tell if this actually doesn’t exist or if I am just oblivious.

Wow. @Sonos/@SonosSupport I am blown away. Had an older speaker(many years old) that stopped working. Got into touch through Twitter, sent the old speaker back to them and just under a week later they sent me a new(er) version back to replace my old one. Top notch custer service.
