This is RICH. After battling @Wayfair to refund me the money stolen from me because they’re website was hacked, I just got another email saying that I have an “outstanding balance” and owe them money for the same order. Astounding performance 👏
I just got robbed via a @Wayfair hack. Someone spent $500 w/the card saved to my account. They’re telling me it’ll take DAYS to confirm it was fraud despite having identified suspicious activity. Meantime, their sales team just called to sell me on creating a business account?!
