Awful customer service from @renault_uk nearly 6 months and my car still isn’t fixed. Little to no contact from them unless it’s me chasing. Car is not fit for purpose and the customer service is an absolute joke!
If I’m out of contract how can @virginmedia charge me £66.47 to cancel!? My hub has been switch off for two months I do not want to pay for a service I haven’t used and I defiantly will not be paying a 30 day disconnection fee!!! Absolutely disgusting service
