Sadly we are cancelling this Saturday (14/12/2024) due to lack of volunteers. This is the first time in nearly 8 years we have had to do it for this reason. We will be back next week and over the Christmas period providing enough volunteers come forward.

Still monitoring the course ahead of tomorrow. Another inspection this afternoon to see the conditions. Final decision will be posted later today

We have made the decision to cancel tomorrow's RV parkrun It's not something we do often, but based on the current condition of the course, and the likelihood of further rain, we wouldn't be able to use the B course either. We have decided cancelling it would be the best option

We have made the decision to cancel tomorrow's Roding Valley parkrun. It's not something we do often, but based on the condition of the course, and the likelihood we wouldn't be able to use either the A or B course's, we have decided it would be the best option.
Next Saturday we will be collecting food stuff items which we will pass to @LoughtonAC to deliver as part of their Food Bank Run. Please do bring an item or two if you can spare anything. They need all types of food, so I’d go for easy to carry packets ❤️
Highly likely to be course B tomorrow which is total XC! It will be extremely muddy so dress appropriately 👍🏼
