Anyone having problem VISA Debit Cards declined at Wal-Mart & other Merchants. My card was declined at Walmart with money in bank. Placed order to Amazon no problem. Talking with Bank, this is a widespread issue with VISA (Idaho Treasure Valley) Merchants.
