Had more time for hiking today, so ascended South Mountain until I could hear the microwave antennas humming. The view of the Valley is worth the cancer I’m sure. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, just Phoenix smog.
Was a cool morning for mid-May in Phoenix, but a perfect clear sky for a quick march up Telegraph Trail.
It’s great to see my alma mater and former employer represented here. I met Dr Giacomelli many years ago when I was employed (twice) by @uacals and am fortunate to have visited @ArizonaCEAC many times.
