We have thousands of years of examples showing price controls don't work. Mises' Human Action, which lays out exactly WHY they will always be harmful, was published over 70 years ago. There's no excuse for taking any politician who proposes price controls seriously.

Inflation is caused by the Federal government spending more than it earns, because they just print more money to make up the difference. To solve inflation, reduce wasteful government spending. Your tax dollars should be spent well, not poorly.
