I just watched Sunil Chhetri’s interview to Brut and damn..it inspired and motivated me to keep doing the boring and monotonous tasks I engage in every single day to reach where I wanna go.

During an interview, a nutritionist told me that she gave a diet to a client which was 300 calories under his BMR. 😱 The argument was - The diet led to weight loss & reduced inflammation. The company she worked for, advised her to do so.
