What is the most fun CMC of a Commander in #edh ? I'm currently running an Anowon, The Ruin Theif, rogue/mill deck and his CMC is 4. Looking at Lord Xander The Collector but his starting CMC is 7, this seems prohibitive to said fun? #mtg

#DnD DM Tip 🧙♂️: Have the party roll initiative when they enter dangerous territory but before an actual fight has started. When combat kicks off you can describe the narrative then just head right into turn order without the awkward math pause.
Started tinkering with my Anowon Sneak Attack deck so went and bought another Commander precon. #MTG #edh
Made my first adjustment to my #MTG Anowon pre-con commander deck yesterday. Replaced Scourge of Fleets with Sphinx Mindbreaker. I also made a spread sheet to help sort my deck with CMC, keywords, mana colour etc. It was sufficiently geeky and I loved every second haha
Varying levels of maturity and culture on the cards for me today! Having a wander around Telford picked up a book about the Crusades, buying a new trackie top and going to watch Top Gun:Maverick for the 2nd time. Flying solo as the Mrs is at a conference and I'm her driver haha
