Another BIG win for me in the #CrossFitOpen When I did 17.1 it took me 3 tries to even complete it. My back blew up so badly I had to stop....TWICE! Going into 21.2 my only thought was to not destroy my back. Not only was able to keep that managed, I beat my 2017 time
I had tough weekend. 21.1 is not my jam Instead of stressing myself and everyone around me out I just showed up, warmed up, and went for it. Score was better than I thought so I'm counting it as a win. Show up and do the work! Consistency is the 🔑 to success!
