⚠️ Fascinating thread. Covid is having far reaching effects; making people more vulnerable to many other types of infection (as has long been expected but it's unmistakable & elucidated in tern's work below). We've lost control of infectious diseases because we're ignoring Covid.
A lot of people have noticed it. In the past few years, a bunch of different infections in England have started moving together. Spikes, dips, rising and falling in sync.
