Some six years ago Jemma and I set up @RunGrangetown - always focused on community running and supporting those who are new to running. Today we became the club/group with the largest number of parkruns in Grangemoor, along with some pretty well established names in the top 10!
We've got a gang volunteering as pacers at this morning's @grangemrparkrun and we'd love to see you there!
We are now on insta! You'll find us under the same name. Don't worry, we aren't deserting our other social media accounts but we want to make sure we reach anyone who may want to run with us! 🏃
Pob lwc to Rhys who is competing in Iron Man Wales today in Tenby and good luck to all our runners taking part in the CDF 10k! We've got a bit of a cheer station planned on Wood St! Bring your cowbells!
Congrats to Daf, Em and Rich who took on the Tydfilians Roman Run yesterday and to Sammie and Ash who were at RIDUM. A hot day for hill running!

Thanks @RunWales ! We enjoyed taking part in the relay along with friends from local, social running clubs! We went to our local parkrun @grangemrparkrun to celebrate the end of the relay!

Looking forward to bringing our commemorative @RunWales baton to @grangemrparkrun tomorrow for a victory lap! We will be joining lots of running clubs across Wales in celebrating the @RunWales parkrun relay coming to an end at @cardiffparkrun It would be great to see you there!

A great evening at @PD_Runners Cosmeston Relays. A record 8 teams taking part for Run GT, followed by the obligatory picnic!

We are looking forward to running this evening. It's going to be a very warm evening, please bring water, sunscreen, hats or anything which will make you more comfortable. Be careful not to push yourself too much. The session will take into consideration the heat as well
