Being able to host @AdrianneHaslet was an absolute pleasure! She gave us a speech that is sure to leave a lasting impact on both the campers and the staff!
Some fun on the water front, a post run lake swim, and our classic minute to win it night to complete the day! The rain can’t stop us from having a blast!
We had a great start to the day with second guest speaker and physical therapist Matt Curran! This was followed by two great breakout sessions by Coach Chris Volante and Zach Creeden!

The 2023 MSTCA XC Poll #3 has been released! We've now seen most teams participate in at least one of the big meets, and some teams are moving up the rankings. Thanks to Granite State Running Camp for sponsoring the poll and all of the coaches who contributed their ballots!
Good luck to a whole BUNCH of teams, including BC High, Winchester, Groton-Dunstable and Wethersfield all competing at the Ocean State Invitational this weekend!
