Unfortunately it's not possible to install today's nightly due to a packaging bug. A fix is in progress and it should be released on tomorrow's nightly. You can find more details in github.com/rust-lang/rust…

Crates.io is currently having some performance issues, we're looking into it
If your @rustlang CI is on nightly and broken, you can pin to nightly-2018-06-19 and it should work :) A fix will land in the next nightly

There is a heroku issue with apps not starting after a deploy that is now affecting crates.io. status.heroku.com/incidents/1367
play.rust-lang.org is currently serving a blank page - you can use play.integer32.com while we look into it
There are intermittent problems with resolving all .io domains today, including crates.io. news.ycombinator.com/item?id=152935…
