Tell everyone you know that #SocialCare crisis is not just bed blocking or selling houses. It is people’s lives. Cuts over many years have councils on their knees. It’s not the SW’s fault. @socfuture

Just too upsetting. The lack of understanding about connection is horrifying. An economy built on death is not a solution to looming depression, economic social or individual. #NotInMyName

⚠️😡Make no mistake, we are angry. This Government has today launched an attack on nature. We don’t use the words that follow lightly. We are entering uncharted territory. Please read this thread. 1/13

Dear @IUCN @APA_Congress leaders: please include in the declaration the need to conserve at least 50% of the planet by 2030. It couldn’t be more urgent. #KigaliDeclaration #APAC2022 #NatureNeedsHalf

Gutted to see a new bike trail through these lovely snowdrops that have been thriving here for years and providing countless people with their first glimpse of spring. Anyone know if any other less depressing snowdrop woods? #ashtoncourt @Ashton_Court_ @WildlifeTrusts

Climate inaction is already putting Indigenous lives and lives of those living in climate vulnerable nations on the line. It’s time to show REAL leadership, @BorisJohnson and @AlokSharma_RDG - commit to phase-out of all fossil fuels and support a just transition. #StopFailingUs

This thread. Vital but 😔😡💔

By now, you've probably heard about the lines, access and representation issues at #COP26. But it's been a really awkward, strange day, so I want to lay everything out here, because if you've wondered if #COP26 is okay, I'm gonna show you that no, #COP26 is really not okay/1

My morning walk around the farm taking in the new week. Lifted phone to capture the rainbow and a flock of migrating geese flew in. I’d love to know where they’re heading more precisely. @TCFarm #migrations

This is a fantastic illustration of why geology matters. The connections we all, human and non-human, have both between us and to the past.

I just love the inter connectivity of land, sea and people. This story - outrageous and sad as it is - reflects land and seascape character assessments used in the UK for planning.

Amazing day out in Oxford on Monday to see my Gran’s exhibition. She was an extraordinary woman and an amazing photographer. It’s wonderful to know that her work is now in such safe hands. #Bodleian #photography #women #art #exhibition #helenmuspratt
