🚨ATHLETES🚨 Most of your injuries are coming from poor mechanics. Attention to detail during drilling matters. Going through the motions won’t help. Put intent behind every drill you do and develop better movement patterns. Your body will thank you later.
🚨COACHES🚨 Don’t get into this line of work if you aren’t prepared to be not liked. You’re will have to make decisions for the team and culture that may not go over well. Trust your gut. Accept what may come. Keep pushing forward for the sake and well being of the athletes.
