A great finish to the PLU Invitational for SAAS Speech and Debate! Dylan Breslin, Aliyah Lee, and Sachin Zachariah were co-champions in Open Lincoln Douglas debate, Michael Jorgensen won JV LD, and Emma Leventhal and Emma Skoglund were finalists in Duo Interpretation!
SAAS Speech and Debate is having another great weekend at PLU! Sachin Zachariah, Aliyah Lee, and Dylan Breslin are in varsity LD elimination rounds, Michael Jorgensen is in JV LD sems, and speech kids are waiting for final announcements!
SAAS Debate had a great weekend at the University of Puget Sound! William Le placed 4th in Congress, Aliyah Lee and Noah Brown were champions in Junior Lincoln Douglas and Dylan Breslin took second in Varsity Lincoln Douglas, earning a bid to the national Tournament of Champions!
SAAS debate student Sachin Zachariah just cleared to elimination rounds in Lincoln Douglas debate at the Isidore Newman Invitational! Way to go Sachin!
It’s happening right now! The Seattle Academy Speech and Debate Invitational is off to a great start. 38 schools and 503 students!
The results are in: another successful weekend for SAAS Debate! We had a quarterfinalist in Lincoln Douglas debate, a finalist in Student Congress, and a weekend of great competition at the Gig Harbor High School Invitational!
Round one is in the books! SAAS debate is off to an exciting start at the Grizzlies Forensics Invitational. Wish us luck!
