🎉🎉🎉PR to SAP/ui5-cli got merged!🎉🎉🎉 Lifetime achievement unlocked😝

Spent half day to figure out why my new Fiori launchpad config not available in the target system: I forgot to clear the cache!!!
Anyone has real world usage on #SAPUI5 dependency injection? Even you can use sap.define to declare what you need as dependencies, sap has already loaded all the standard libs. What’s the point?
The easiest thing to improve #SAPUI5 app performance is to use service worker to cache the SAPUI5 framework. Why? 1. It’s HUGE! 2. It changes less often. 3. It must be loaded first. If you agree, please retweet it.
#StateOfArtTools No.2 will be unit testing tool: #Jest. Jest is known for its simplicity and powerful.
#StateOfArtTools 1st one will be #Angular, comparing with SAPUI5. Why? SAPUI5 is based on jquery, which is way too old and inefficient. Continuing developing with SAPUI5 based on jquery, only makes more investment wasted. Even React can be a good candidate.
I am going to share about all the tools in JS/Mobile development I think is the state of the art. So you can see the difference with SAP standard. The reason is I think SAP is far behind the tech curve, comparing with FB/Google etc.

This is the best summary I’ve seen on OData so far!👍
In summary, OData was a way to serialize a SQL statement into a URL. When first applied, it gave too much power to the client, allowing it to use joins, where clauses, and sorting. A lot of that power can be dialed back now, but I still found it challenging to limit the exposure.
