i for one am very excited for this windows alpha

New in the Codex app: - 5.3-codex-spark - Forking - Pop-out window - Mark unread - More perf and quality stuff - (a secret fun thing) - Tomorrow: first Windows alpha invites

OBS Tool's replay buffer is such a great unlock. i spend most of my day experimenting with our new products, OBS lets me keep a rolling 20 minute screen recording in memory that i can save in one keypress—way easier to report bugs and rough edges.

Some things we make are purely meant to bring joy, others will profoundly affect how you get things done. We are getting ready to launch something that combines both and the team is so excited to share it soon. ✨

is it better to get your partner a chat pro subscription or api credits for valentine's day?

people are incredibly capable, as are the models now. the limit to deploying agents in *every* team is a control plane fit for real production systems: monitoring, guardrails, and iteration that requires engineers today. excited for frontier to enable many more to build!

introducing openai frontier a new platform for enterprises to design and run powerful agent systems for real work companies like @HP @Intuit @Oracle @StateFarm @thermofisher and @Uber are among the first we'll work with to make agents true AI coworkers openai.com/index/introduc…

honestly i'm just happy with automations that i can stop pretending to know crontab syntax

Last week Codex cowrote a presentation with me. It went through my project files, compiled good example excerpts, and generated screenshots for my presentation. Codex can do most things you can do on a computer, it just doesn't use a keyboard and mouse :)

Can this be used for non coding tasks as well?

“The solution is staring everyone in the face.” — couldn’t agree more. let’s win the vote back at the local level all the way up and restore a sense of prosperity to the people who make our country great.

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in…

👇

There is far more outrage from tech leaders over a wealth tax than masked ICE agents terrorizing communities and executing civilians in the streets. Tells you what you need to know about the values of our industry.

the people of minneapolis are incredibly brave and deserve all the support in the world ✊

Clearer image shows that the firearm removed from the scuffle by an agent prior to the shooting in Minneapolis was almost definitely the victim’s Sig P320, meaning he was unarmed when shot by agents with Border Patrol and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE).
