30 minutes into my shift and already I had a vehicle failing to stop @MerPolTraffic found the driver immediately and was arrested for: -Fail to stop❗️ -Dangerous driving❗️ -Taking a vehicle without consent❗️ -Driving while disqualified❗️ -Possesion of Class B❗️ -Resist arrest❗️
Feeling really sore after two days on my PSU refresher! Luckily I booked tomorrow off so I can recover nicely 😎
This weekend some of our Police Support Unit (PSU) Level 2 trained volunteer police officers completed their annual refresher at our Tactical Training Centre. 👏🏼 Our officers support local & national public order/public safety events when the enhanced resources are required! 👮🏼
Busy night again supporting regular colleagues from @PoliceWidnes - 2 TORs given for Contravening a red light / No Insurance. - A few Grade One jobs attended and one male in custody for S47 DV Assault The appreciation from regulars is always the best feeling when booking off💙
Despite the fact that this vehicle failed the MOT with❗️MAJOR❗️mechanical defects, the owner decided to still use the car on a daily basis. The excess speed did not help the driver either. Our @CheshireRCU colleagues did a PG9 on this and prohibited it from being on the road.
First shift for 2024 after a very hot and well deserved holiday🏖 • Two G3 & one G2 attended and dealt with • One arrest attempt backup for a regular colleague ✅️ • One vehicle seized for driving without insurance and TOR issued Ready to book off and get back to bed 💤
Tonight was quite special. The Air Cadets were so interested in finding out everything about us and how we keep our communities safe. I was so impressed with their discipline and devotion to their work. So proud to see such young and smart individuals💙
Tonight, S/Insp Booth, S/Sgt Norman & SC Bogdan visited 310 (Widnes) Royal Air Force Air Cadets to give a talk on what we do and an insight to the Special Constabulary and Policing. Thank you to the cadets and staff for allowing us to attend.
While our regular colleagues receiving their promotion results today, I have decided to step down to the SC rank. I was debating this decision for a long time and finally decided that this is what brings me the most satisfaction. Looking forward to being out and about more 💙
This was definitely at the top of the list for me👊🏼 Four days of intensive training, sweat, sore muscles and today I lost my voice too😂 I don't think I ever shouted so much and with such power. Many thanks to @SSuptBoland for putting my name forward and always looking after us💙
Today 15 officers from SC to S/Supt passed the four day Level 2 - Public Order Public Safety course at our Tactical Training Centre. Whilst intense, it was a fantastic experience. A key investment in our volunteer officers, which will help keep our communities even safer! 👏🏼
I don't think I ever experienced such a cold night in town🥶 But this didn't stop us to keep the town safe and take positive action against individuals disturbing the peace ⛔️
Tonight we are assisted by our special constabulary colleagues providing high visibility reassurance around the town centre. Wrap up warm and stay safe whilst out tonight ❄️

It is such a privilege to be part of the Christmas Campaign this year! Warrington Town Centre is often targeted by various offenders and we will not stand for their behaviour. Our team of specials will be there and Positive Action will be taken against them⛔️
Our night-time economy is safe – until someone makes it not safe. This is not something we are going to accept in Cheshire and having too much alcohol is not an excuse for unacceptable behaviour. (1/2)

Tonight I've been out with my team supporting our colleagues from @PoliceWarr, responding to ASB incidents and being visible in Town Centre. Recent incidents occurred in our area and we will not tolerate this behaviour!

Really productive tonight! Our team got a clear understanding now about the changes and the new response model. The new starters are really keen to become operational and I can't wait to see them developing amazing skills.
The officers based at @PoliceWarr met tonight with their regular Command Team and had an input about the new changes for the Response Model and Area Investigation Team. Three new officers had their station induction and got to know their new colleagues. #ScThankYou
Our officers from @PoliceWarr, @PoliceWidnes and @PoliceRuncorn joined their forces and worked across the Northern area, responding to increased incidents relating to anti-social behaviour and bonfire night!
