Calling out another coward: @DKemeridou If you want to disagree with someone, state your case and give the other side a chance to respond. Simply saying "You're wrong" and then blocking is akin to a child sticking their fingers in their ears and goin "nah, nah, nah, nah."

One of the most cowardly things a person on Twitter/X can do is block someone who challenges their opinions after insulting them.

So today I was feeling a little unsettled. Picked up the non-fiction I'm reading...no. Tried the 3 fictions...no again. Turned on the TV and streamed HAPPY FACE while I ate ice cream...YES!!!! Sometimes we have to turn off our reader/writer brains & just enjoy. 😊

My 16 year old son is reading HOUSE OF LEAVES by Mark Danielewski. Picked it up and had a skim...now I have a headache. 😅
I personally don't get invested in books where every chapter is the same length. I want long ones, shorter ones, and even micro chapters (I love me a 1 or 2 sentence chapter when they're called for). I want the book 2 take me on a wild ride, not a predictable journey.
Just watched THE WIFE. Seriously one of the best "quiet" movies I've ever seen. And, I will challenge anyone who doesn't believe Glenn Close is one of the greatest actors of all time. Don't believe me? Watch this film.
