Instead of allowing many flights to resume services at this point, a single portal could have been developed to preregister willing passenger names with intended travel dates and sectors. Number of flights could have been decided on passenger count and must have saved resources.

I doubt India will ever become globally competitive interms of quality and service with reservations in education. We must get rid of this reservation system to become competitive within the country first.
