Windows 11 is honestly the worst OS. Last night when I was buying a covenant ring in GFL2, all the crap Windows was doing in the background throttled performance so much (completely unnecessary operations, I checked), the transaction "failed" so I purchased another one. Turns out

This is what happens when a bunch of incompetents fill the OS with AI crap, and the worst part is that Windows 12 won't be any better because of the new CEO who will make things even worse by forcing the use of Copilot
1,000% correct. They are only losing market share and reputation. Wierd how fast they are unaliving themselves. I definitely won't still be on it by the time Win 12 get's here. That's going to be a nightmare.
Honestly, I'd rather go back to Windows 10 for work and get a Steam Deck for games in the future because I don't know how compatible games are with Linux.
Recently been learning about. There's Lutris a games manager and it connects to another app called Wine which spawns instances of Win environments to play the games in your Lutris library. You can also connect Lutris to Steam and GOG. I've got Lutris installed on my Linux laptop,
