There is a nationwide disruption for several cellular carriers. This is affecting the ability of some cell phones to receive a “Push” from Duo. If you are unable to receive a “Push” please test try a text or call the Helpdesk for an alternative login method.
We have resolved the PaperCut error. PaperCut is installing in the background. This may take up to an hour to reach your computer. See your email for further instructions. You can contact the CIS HelpDesk via the Helpdesk Portal: spu.edu/cishelpdesk
CIS upgraded the PaperCut server. This morning we have run into an issue with how the PaperCut client gets installed on your machine. We are working to resolve that issue. If you need to print before we can get this fixed, you can use Web Print. Instructions are in your email.

SPU is currently experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues across campus. This is affecting access to the internet, webmail, and SPU connected services. CIS is investigating and working to restore network access as quickly as possible.
Office Outage Details: If you or others around you are still unable to access Office 365 services, a script is running touching each account and making the repair. This process will run into the night. It is our expectation that all accounts will be back online by 4am.
To: SPU Faculty and Staff and Students Subject: Office 365 Services Restored Date: September 20, 2018 Email and other Office 365 services have been restored. Due to a backlog of incoming email during the outage your email may be slow for a bit.
Office 365 Service Outage: CIS is aware of a service outage affecting Office 365 services like email, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Skype for Business. We are working with Microsoft to fix the issue as soon as possible.
