Shelter in place order lifted: 12 positive results from about 340 tests.
3 new positive cases for a total of 104. Results from Monday's surveillance testing not yet included. Current active cases stand at 32, slightly lower than the total upon entering lockdown.
Police presence near SVC is unrelated to shelter-in-place: instead involves a missing 72-year old man, possibly armed but possibly also "endangered," according to @WTAE
