Have you ever just felt uncomfortable with the person you are showing a home to? Just think ESP and it can be a sign that the person is not a threat to you. External Sign of Passivity. This can be contained in their hands.
We often hear about keeping strangers out of our personal space when showing a property, but what should that distance be in order not to offend a legit person but increase your safety vs. a non-legit person? I will post a video shortly to discuss.
