We are pleased to see the development of new beginnings in Scotland's upland deer sector with the establishment of #TheCommonGroundForum. Initiated by @ADMGScotland and LINK, the Forum aims to set aside disagreements & unite with a common purpose👇 thecommongroundforum.scot/?p=170
Around 100 stalkers and gamekeepers attended The Common Ground Forum stalkers event on Friday at Glen Quoich to discuss deer management in a changing world and to try new innovations such as drone and night vision technology. Thanks to the Gordon family for hosting.
Happy 200th Birthday @RNLI! 5 years for me volunteering @rnli_kinghorn has been a community & family affair. So many dedicated people volunteering to #savinglivesatsea over the years.
Being a volunteer for @strandings is so interesting.
🎄Day 5, our golden volunteers!🎄We have 300+ trained volunteers that are so committed to gathering vital data to help these animals. They are absolutely integral to the scheme, and we could not do what we do without them. Thank you so much!🙏💕🥇 #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
What a joy✨️ to have the great whales visiting waters around Scotland, seemingly more regularly. I never thought as a little girl you could see so much from our shores - it's special to know there are little folks growing up knowing the UK has so much to see around the coast 💙
Today a #Sei whale and a #Humpback in the #ForthofForth!! Great to see big whales frequenting our waters again. #Forthmarinemammals #naturelovers @whalesorg @WWF_Whales

Great footage of a Sei whale from the Firth of Forth. We’ve watched at least two over last month or so. Unfortunately one stranded at South Queensferry 🤞🏽 for this one. #forthmarinemammals
So chuffed to have seen the third largest species of rorqual, the sei whale (Balaenoptera borealis), today from Joppa in Edinburgh and drone it. However, the last couple of sei whales to be seen in the Forth have stranded so fingers crossed that it makes it’s way out safely 🤞🏻
