No extension to Brexit transition means 4 trade systems in 3 years: the current system; the transition system; WTO rules (because even the Conservative Manifesto says 80% of UK's trade will be negotiated with 3 years); and whatever trade deal is ultimately negotiated.

Ok so the Immigration Tribunal is forcing appellants to wait up to 6 hours before telling them to go home because there are not enough Judges to hear appeals. 6 hours.
BREAKING: The High Court just granted us permission to challenge @ukhomeoffice's overnight decision to change our settlement requirements & to apply the changes retrospectively. Mrs Justice Yip said it is arguable that we had a legitimate expectation of getting ILR after 4 years.
Labour shortages during transition: Government proposes reciprocal mobility arrangements with non-EU parties, based on close trading relationships, but non-EU trade deals can't take effect until after transition ends so neither can the proposed reciprocal arrangements.
Commons approves order doubling immigration health surcharge on every non-EU migrant from £200 to £400 a year by 300 votes to 232. DUP back government. 191 out of 257 Labour MPs vote against. SNP, PC, Ind/Green vote against. Likely to come into force next month. #doubletaxation.
