This is the first step in a much larger planned open source project to provide simple standards based public key encrypted messaging
The plan is to write messaging software which uses the Digital ID's as a public key infrastructure (PKI) indexed from the DGC blockchain.
Each Digital ID registration is cryptographically signed using the Bitcoin Curve (secp256k1) and it's secured by a private key just like BTC
A Digital ID contains a username, email address and other optional data like a BTC address, phone number, etc, etc
I just added the first two 'Digital ID' registrations into the DGC Blockchain.
