Been fettling this 1933 motobecane. It’s running quite well and has a clever unit type gearbox. Lever type throttle and hand change could be interesting!

I’ve got this Manx framed Norton es2 racer that I’ve used at a couple of tracks this year. It came from A guy in Denmark called Vanni Jenson. Has anyone ever heard of him or the bike which raced successfully there? Cheers

Just had a very close shave while out on the triumph. A girl texting while driving was well over on the wrong side of the road 😠. Why do people do this? Really is the text worth a life people?

That’s the engine rebuild complete on the 1973 triumph TR7V 750 twin. Can anyone guess why I put a strong elastic band on the kick start when the fitting the gearbox cover?

Just watched a fab moto3 race from Doha. What a race eventually won by a 16yr old kid Pedro Acosta who started from the pit Lane. A star for the future.

That’s the pistons and barrel replaced on the 1973 triumph TR7V. Next job the cylinder head so almost there.

That’s the engine back in the triumph after its crank regrind. Only a few more parts to go!

I don’t know if anyone else has had this but I thought I’d warn about a text I received saying I need to pay the Royal Mail £2.99 for a delivery that was coming. It’s totally bogus but I almost fell for it as it looks very convincing. Beware everyone.

Triumph tiger crank now out and on the bench. Big end shells still on std size but journals measuring around 1.6218” so below minimum spec of 1.6235”. So it’s off to my friendly local re grind shop for its first cut.

After much deliberation over low oil pressure on my 1974 triumph tiger 750 I think I’m going to have to strip it down and probably get the crank reground.

Had my #COVIDVaccination this morning, I asked which paricular vaccine it was, "It's the Aldi (middle aisle) version" the nurse told me! I was a little concerned untill I found out it comes with a free socket set and a pair of cycling shorts....result!
