Feels like a burger kind of day.
Petit Chablis is from the hard soil plateau just outside Chablis. Less heralded but home of some great value Chardonnay. This had loads of minerality with faint hint of not-unpleasant urethane (!) aroma and a hint of pear flavor with an acidic zing. Refreshing and enjoyable
