This is a good reminder for science teachers, run a gas tap to remove air from the system

Tried a practical today which needed Bunsen burners. None would ignite even though gas was coming from the tap and through the burner. Anyone had that issue before? #ASEChat

The people arguing that exam reform planning should go ahead are missing that teachers and leaders are all exhausted and focussed on stabilising the ship again. We don't have the time or energy to get involved in exam reform. But then maybe they don't want us involved...?

So politicians can talk about football (particularly when they think they might bag a vote or two), but footballers shouldn’t talk about politics. Freedom of speech for all…except for those pesky footballers who should know their place.

We are all proud of our England team, who have had the support of the whole country over recent weeks, but please focus of football, not politics. If you win for England, you win for everyone! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

My only football tweet: Rashford, Sancho and Saka stepped up knowing the abuse they would get if they missed. That takes courage, leadership and class. They’re the kind of people I’d want on my team

Can we remember... Marcus Rashford is 23, raised £200m for kids to eat last year. Jadon Sancho is 21, opened up new football pitches for those in the suburbs of London. Bukayo Saka is 19, a voice for the youth of football today & helping local communities. #StopHate #ENGITA

You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.

I am disgusted that @England players who have given so much for our country this summer have been subject to vile racist abuse on social media. It has no place in our country and I back the police to hold those responsible accountable.

All these racist comments after @England lost a match is absolutely disgusting! The players are humans and some have made notable contributions to this country such as @MarcusRashford
