Rey turned the corner, keeping up with the little droid with ease. "Just through those doors. Straight ahead."
The little droid turned left, rolling as fast as she could.
"Go left!" She called out as she ran back for her staff, before following after BB-8.
She whirred excitedly and barreled down the other hallway.
"That's what I was trying to tell you." She shook her head. "You went off in the wrong direction."
@ScvngrRey BB-8 looks around curiously, peeking around one corner and then the other. [Where are they?]
"BB-8! Wait for me." Runs after the very excited droid.
BB-8 screeches excitedly and barrels down the hall to see them.
"Your buddies from The Resistance. R2 and C-3PO."
Her anticipation was mounting. [Who? Who?] She beeped.
"Well, it might be an old friend."
She smiled as she stood up. "Come on, I think I saw a droid around the corner I think you might like."
She squeaked and beeped as she brought out her little mechanical arm and bumped her fist.
"Thank you." She smiled as she held out her fist. "Come on, fist bump."
"Please?" She sits on the floor, looking at BB-8.
She whistled and looked down for a minute, contemplating.
"I know, but can you at least try to get along... For me?"
BB-8 shook her head. [I'm not too fond of that fur ball.]
"Oh hush! He's not and you know it. Sure, he's no R2-D2. But still!"
"He's not that bad."
She whistled. [He's a gumball that's resided under an old piece of furniture.]
Slight chuckles. "Well, I say he's a gum ball."
"Well ignore those idiots. They don't know the first thing about anything."
She whirred. [A few scrap collectors said some indignant things about me...]
"Of course you are helpful!" She knelt down to her level. "Now, who said they don't like you?"
She squeaks and beeps, [I try to be helpful.]
"See! You are amazing!"
"Well, those people don't know an awesome droid when they see one."
She beeps and whistles, [I've met some people who aren't a fan of me.]
