One of the coolest parts of being a D1 Video coordinator is the access I get to every FBS and FCS teams game films. Its fun to watch what different teams do.
Well the staff meeting went as I planned. Not truly what to expect of my future here at Robert Morris. However I have been told I will be kept on until May if I wish to stay. Back to Milwaukee for the holiday weekend. Back to pit on Monday
My first year as a division 1 video coordinator has come to an end as we finished with a 3-8 record. Not sure what the future holds here at RMU as we have a staff meeting with the AD on Monday at 10:00 am. The good news is I get my birthday off and I get to go home Tuesday
Some people call it stepping away. Everyone involved and invested knows it as being fired. Either way we got better.
I have learned a lot over the past 24 hours about people. Some people are just so naïve that they will say anything to be looked at in a good light even if it’s total BS.

Michigan did lose to Texas, and it was not pretty. However it could be worse, and you could be Notre Dame, and you could have just paid a MAC School to come to Notre Dame Stadium and Beat you.
Was watching Sportscenter this morning and you had to love how the analyst compared Michigan's defense to the 1985 Bears defense. The offense will get better, and the defense will be DOMINANT

I have read alot of negative stuff about the Wisconsin football program over the past 24 hours. If your a true fan you will understand that they are rebuilding the program and coach Fickell will get it going in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Of all the teams I am breaking down no one more pin n pull schemes than @ToledoFB, and I have the ALL-22 film to prove it
