Please STOP selling the “American Dream” to the South African “refugees”! There is a group of 4 adults sitting in a hotel room with no cell phones, no money and no assistance and people are now desperately looking for other South Africans in the U.S. on Facebook to help them.…

Mozambique is burning. We need a stronger response from South Africa. We can’t allow the collapse of Mozambique like we enabled the collapse of Zimbabwe. There is a high price to pay for South Africans when neighboring countries fail.

We cannot be giving Black Friday specials on land while the housing crisis in Cape Town grows bigger & bigger. My input in the Council Meeting today before the Mayor lied & accused me of things I never did. #ForThePeopleByThePeople #PublicLandForPublicGood #NoToSpatialApartheid

The sale of public land in Cape Town perpetuates the violence of spatial Apartheid. Where people live matters! We are opposed to any sale of land that will lead to more homelessness & landlessness & that will violently displace people & relegate them to the peripheries.

The GOOD Party is concerned that extending the public participation process on the sale of Woodstock Hospital is pointless, as key questions remain unanswered. What will happen to the current occupants? Where will they be evicted to? We believe the process is just a tick box…

Applying for government housing is sadly a confusing process and the guidance provided by the state is nowhere near good enough. @NdifunaUkwazi has put together an accessible guide which explains what help is available and how to apply for subsidies. Please share far and wide!
