@JustEatUK Order 708281999 (29/10/25, 16:25) – KFC confirmed at 18:02 the food had been ready over an hour, but the courier never collected it. Delivered at 19:28 cold and inedible. Full refund requested; only offered £4.20 credit. This is unacceptable – please resolve. (1/7)

3 days after @JustEatUK say my delivery has came, despite 6 people being in my house, they couldn’t get an answer 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ must have left it on my front porch, so the email says. Your customer service is appalling.

You've already told me it was "outside the grace period" I did NOT consent to the restuarant rescheduling my order, for 90 minutes after the ORIGINAL agreed time of ASAP. Restuarant had no right changing the time if they wasn't able to fulfill my order, they should've declined
