Been a while since I've shipped anything - SaaS or OSS. Work has been a non-stop feature grind, fun but draining and then I've been stuck in the research loop coming up with my next idea for too long. Might be time to break the cycle this weekend and go back to shipping.

Recovered from my cold and have one long weekend left. Time to wrap up one of my projects 🔥

Easter break is near, 10 days off straight. Can't wait to go wild wrapping up my projects 🔥 Might do exploration for project 3 this break as well, and release project 2 to the public and finalise project 1

Fr, why do they have to make the names so complicated? Software developers don't find it intuitive, I can't imagine how hard it is for a general consumer.

sama i just want to say thank you for openai, your models have been so useful for helping me with complex tasks like understanding their names

omg.. this is crazy Kling AI 2.0 just dropped together with insane tools, you can swap, add and delete stuff from video and.. now you can swap any actor in any video in mins here's how:

This changes everything, no more Import { Link } from 'lucide-react' 👀... I should've read the docs haha

you can change all icon imports to be suffixed with "Icon" i.e. <LinkIcon />. This will avoid collision lucide.dev/guide/advanced…

Finally did my paperwork; - ABN acquired - Virtual office set up - Company name set up - TOS + Privacy Policies done - Domain purchased Should be ready to go soon with another of my projects around easter! Thanks, @timkly, for some pointers on how to approach this!

The most expensive thing you can buy is a lifestyle that robs you of your future.

Unfiltered thoughts below: Had a great sleep for the first time in a while. Life is good. I probably should hang out more with friends and I often neglect it, but I'm glad to know who I know. Also proud with the progress I've achieved this past year & where I'm heading.

I'm not a fan of vibe coding for actual programming work just yet... but it's amazing for discovery / wireframing. It's really nice being able to visualise / generate layouts at the speed of thought sometimes

I've got so many ideas and so limited time. It's a huge challenge preventing myself from jumping between projects and just delivering just the one. Looking to increase my speed so I can ship more, but I'm wondering how you all keep focused.

Chase greatness, not certainty.
