如果节点使用TLS且未设置SNI，当节点地址是IP或者节点域名和混淆域名不一致时，在V2.2.23之前会开启允许不安全，以确保用户可以访问。2.2.23 版因用户反馈要尊重用户选择而关闭了此选项。
