Hey #heathrow is the aim now to get more bad press? We are now 90 mins on tarmac. And they just told all connecting passengers that even though we are at t5 when we shouldn’t be it means you got to go from t5 to t3 to come back! Hahaha this ceo has got this organisation nailed.

Hey at @Nordstrom I was brought up not to air my dirty laundry in public but as you now won’t send a replacement order 685825025 and you actually sent me someone’s dirty underwear in pair of Levi’s I thought why the hell not. I’m sure my mom would be ok with it on this occasion.
