Sadly, we live in a news cycle inspired by years of reality TV. Where they had to make someone the villain. They used selective editing and made us hate individuals on TV shows. We need to stop finding reasons to hate each other and learn to listen, even when it's hard.

I have been feeling very down and lost the past few months. I have been struggling to find my footing. I have backed away from many things. But now I am seeing I need to plan better and get in a better spot.
I will make mistakes. I will be changing a lot over time. But I am moving into what works. Staying out of a lost and hopeless mindset. I am being solution based and that means fixing and growing my foundations and then building something amazing on top.
Do you see everything as a threat or everything as an opportunity. Those that have the most fulfillment in life see and take advantage of the perceived opportunity. Those who see things as a threat fail a lot and blame others or just the world in general.
Often, we react emotionally. But if we can first notice the emotion and hold back our reaction for a short time. Your chances of making choices you do not regret later skyrocket.

Honestly that Tyson/Paul fight was more exciting for the build up. The fight its self was dull. Tyson didn't seem to have that killer look he had in his eyes, like back in his youth. Seemed he just wanted to find a way to last all 8 rounds.
