If you're talking about having multiple accounts it's a pain in the butt but can be done. Twitter is hard to work with though
Site's template Twitter is different Twitter is much more of a fast, personalized kindof platform and the general template just makes it so convenient for accounts to be single muse BUT I've seen many people that do a great job at multimusing @/Viseleaux for example ↓
In general, twitter just... Isn't the platform for multimuse. I've been in several sites with RP and the format of something like DeviantArt makes it convenient for the account to be a "Master" Writer account and having a big bunch of OCs to RP as But that's because of that ↓
