Correct, as handling the sensitive instrument mostly comes with its attendant difficulties, self procurement process is the best for transparency.
I am interested in the statement "The companies are going use their procurement processes to bring these to the table" kudos. I wish Dangote, Otedola, Mike Adenuga, Jim Ovia, Toni Elumelu will procure those equipment and deliver to the federal government.
Let the president do clearly manifest things that will touch the hearts of the masses that brought him to power. If not for his age, he is the best ever for this Country.
