I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the formulation of “Zionist” into a slur in mainstream western liberal spaces is the most important antisemitic development in the twenty-first century.
Why are so many on the left like casually antisemitic now? Calling Jews and their supporters "zionists" then expressing some vile nightmare you hope befalls them doesn't make you seem less of a Nazi. This is by far the weirdest political climate to experience life in.
I don’t think any lie I’ve ever seen in my entire lifetime is bigger than the idea that there is a genocide in Gaza. If any reasonable person looks at it they will see it’s simply not true. Israel has been remarkably cautious and effective in prosecuting this war.
