Elon's attorneys replied to the judge; They are asserting advice-of-counsel defense *only if* it means they don't have to waive privilege, which I thought the judge made it clear they would. If they have to, they will not assert this defense.
Some behind-the-scenes in the Rasella v Musk Twitter civil lawsuit; Musk's attorneys have been trying to use the excuse that Musk/Jared relied on advice of counsel when deciding if/when they needed to file, while also asserting privilege over any evidence of that.

There are now ongoing class action lawsuits specifically about HW3 and other misrepresentations of Tesla's Full Self-Driving capabilities. One in the US that was recently allowed to move forward, one in China, and one in Australia.

The circular AI economy is being discussed right now with the expectation that it will crash sometime soon here. No one talks enough about Musk's circular business transactions. Its been going on since the SolarCity days and will also lead to his and $TSLA's downfall.
