Last game of season, story of most of season, injuries and another different starting 11, chairman & manager thrown into today’s squad. A case of what could of been with a consistent 11 but that’s grassroots football, our love for the game gets us through the season 💪💚💪⚽️👍

Saturdays result by league leaders was well deserved, they took their chances, we found a keeper in great form with our few chances, unfortunately another poor 1st half performance meaning to much to do and chasing the game. We move on and still in the mix. 🐿
Complacency, off day, poor performance = 3-0 down half time. Self believe, changes, team spirit and togetherness = 3-4 win. 3 points and still hanging in there 💪👍💪 “it’s a funny old game”
It’s been a tough season, last 3 games ( like many this season) we’ve been down to 9-11 available or fit players and yes every club has its injuries etc, but these lads are top class and can’t fault their togetherness. 💚💪💚 #lovefootball #winorlose #footballfamily

Another game another 3 on treatment table, never known a season like it. The lads battled well with 10 men for 30mins in the first half due to a reckless tackle, 2nd half gaffer comes on to make up the numbers , keeper injured but stayed on couldn’t move did what he could. 🚑💚
More injury woes this week @CallumByford_ 6-8 weeks out and @kamronlord with no set return date 😔😔 2 young players who will be missed. Speedy and full recover lads 🤞🤞💪💪
The better team won, a bad performance, both the assistant and manager having to play , 89 years between them 😂😆. Low on numbers been issue all season, another game another different 11. Chance to close the gap to top 2 gone.

Only just noticed a “blue card” column has been added to fa full time stats . Assuming this is for the ridiculous sin bins coming into force next season. The statistics people gonna love viewing this stat ... lol
A deserved 3 points today, difficult conditions against a hard working opposition. A massive plus today was 17yo @CallumByford_ goal and assist, plus a full 90 under his belt. Top lad and great attitude 👏👏
