Interesting to think of this problem humanity wide. Example: Steam engine first invented in 100BC We forgot about it Not reinvented again for 1600+ years What would have happened had we captured it better? Would industrial revolution have happened in 100 AD?
Here is a chronic problem: 1. Something goes wrong 2. I struggle but learn how to fix it 3. Months go by 4. Same thing goes wrong again 5. I forgot I ever solved it 6. I struggle all over again to fix it 7. Eventually fixing it again How to prevent this cycle?
