Electrical engineering is harder than s/w engineering... I say this as an electronics engineer who works as a software engineer/developer for a living.
we really need more software engineers to enter fields that are very easy, like electrical engineering and mechatronics. we can bring so much fresh perspective with our relatively high degree of skill compared to them
