This makes a combination of two categories of communities that are Hearing (Use spoken language) and Deaf (Use sign language). However, Deaf people can't learn spoken language but the latter can learn Sign Language. Learning sign language comes with a lot of benefits win-win
According to statistics, Uganda has a population of 1.3M Deaf people in Uganda. This number is evenly distributed across the country and each District almost has them. They use a unique language called SIGN LANGUAGE and this language is sometimes called 3D language
